Aman Singapore has officially unveiled its Skywaters residential project, a landmark development set to become the tallest tower in Singapore. Located at the nexus of the Central Business District, Marina Bay, and the future Greater Southern Waterfront, the project targets ultra-high-net-worth travelers and residents seeking an urban sanctuary with uncompromising privacy.

The Skywaters will house a limited collection of Aman-branded residences, including two Sky Villas and a selection of deluxe penthouses and residences ranging from two to five bedrooms. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the homes offer expansive views of the skyline and the South China Sea, embodying Aman’s signature architectural clarity and minimalist design.

Residential Sanctuary with Hospitality DNA

Residents will have access to an Aman Spa and Wellness Centre, offering holistic renewal and restorative living. The development also includes an Aman hotel and the exclusive Aman Club, providing members with curated experiences and dining options. Vlad Doronin, CEO and Chairman of Aman Group, stated, “Aman Singapore has been envisioned as a complete residential sanctuary, not simply a collection of homes but a carefully curated community shaped by privacy, space and stillness.”

Pua Seck Guan, Executive Chairman and CEO of Perennial Holdings Private Limited, highlighted the project's significance, noting, “The Aman Residences – and especially the Sky Villas – embody a vision of urban living that balances space, tranquillity and the nuances of tropical design.”

As construction progresses, the Skywaters is poised to redefine Singapore’s skyline, offering a sophisticated and serene living experience in the heart of the city. This development aligns with broader trends in luxury hospitality, where branded residences are increasingly integrated with hotel operations to provide seamless service and exclusivity.

For travel professionals, this project underscores the growing convergence of hospitality and real estate, particularly in gateway cities like Singapore. The Aman brand, known for its ultra-luxury resorts, is extending its ethos into urban living, creating new opportunities for agents and tour operators to offer curated experiences tied to the property. The inclusion of an Aman Club and spa further enhances the value proposition for high-end travelers seeking holistic wellness and privacy.

Industry observers note that similar branded residence projects have been successful in markets like Dubai, London, and New York, where hotel groups such as Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, and Mandarin Oriental have pioneered the model. Aman’s entry into Singapore’s skyline signals confidence in the city-state’s luxury real estate market and its appeal to global elites.
