Toronto-based tour operator Queen Tour is scaling up operations in anticipation of the FIFA World Cup 26, which will bring six matches to BMO Field between 12 June and 2 July. The company, which has been running Niagara Falls excursions since 1994, is adding new air-conditioned coaches and expanding its multilingual guide roster to handle the expected surge in international visitors.

The expanded fleet will support more frequent departures from downtown Toronto, Mississauga, and Pearson International Airport. In addition, Queen Tour has introduced a dedicated tour for travellers already staying in Niagara Falls, Canada, with hotel pickup included. This new itinerary covers the Niagara City Cruises Hornblower boat, Journey Behind the Falls, and the Whirlpool Aero Car — all guided, with no need for guests to drive or queue.

Operator responds to compressed itineraries

“Toronto is hosting the world right now, and a lot of those visitors only have a few days here,” said Adam Hayat, owner of Queen Tour. “Whether someone is coming from Toronto or already staying in Niagara Falls, we wanted an easy guided way for them to see the Falls properly.”

The move reflects a broader trend in destination tourism around mega-events: visitors often have limited time and prefer packaged, hassle-free experiences. Queen Tour’s expansion aligns with the record tourism spending expected from the 48-nation tournament, which is projected to drive significant inbound traffic to Canadian gateway cities.

Since its founding, Queen Tour has transported more than 300,000 passengers and maintains a 4.9-star rating across 12,500 reviews on platforms such as Google and TripAdvisor. All tours operate on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, requiring only a government-issued photo ID. Both the expanded and new tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.

The company’s investment in additional rolling stock and multilingual support is a practical response to the influx of fans from diverse markets, including those arriving via expanded North American airlift from carriers like Philippine Airlines. As Toronto prepares to host the world, Queen Tour is positioning itself as a reliable ground operator for one of Canada’s most iconic natural attractions.
