Saudi Arabia's AROYA Cruises has introduced a fully revamped digital platform designed to unify the guest experience from initial discovery through post-booking management. The new website, accessible globally in both English and Arabic, integrates booking, online check-in, trip planning, and personalized guest services into one seamless interface.

The platform is built to work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and is connected to AROYA's booking system, customer relationship management (CRM) platform, and operational backend. This integration ensures consistency across web, mobile, onboard kiosks, and digital signage, creating a cohesive digital ecosystem for passengers.

Streamlined Booking and Enhanced Content

The redesigned site reduces the number of steps required to complete a reservation while offering richer destination guides and detailed information about onboard experiences, dining options, entertainment, and shore excursions. Travelers can explore itineraries and tailor their holidays before stepping onboard, with enhanced content designed to support informed decision-making.

Beyond booking, the platform functions as a personalized travel hub where guests can manage reservations, update profiles, and complete online check-in ahead of departure. This pre-cruise convenience is intended to reduce friction and improve the overall guest journey.

“Our refreshed website opens the door to smoother discovery and planning, making each step of the guest journey simpler, more personal and more connected,” said Sture Myrmell, President of AROYA Cruises. He added that the platform reflects the attention to detail that defines the AROYA experience and the company's commitment to shaping a cruise experience built around the preferences of today's guests.

The launch is part of AROYA Cruises' broader digital transformation strategy as it expands its presence in the regional cruise market. The cruise line is investing in technology to ensure that the online experience matches the premium service offered onboard, a move that aligns with broader industry trends toward digital integration.

AROYA Cruises operates as a Saudi Arabian cruise line, and the new platform supports both English and Arabic languages, catering to a diverse international and regional audience. The company's focus on digital innovation comes as the Red Sea and Arabian Gulf cruise markets continue to grow, with increasing competition from established global players.

For travel professionals, the platform offers a more efficient booking and management tool, potentially reducing administrative overhead and improving client satisfaction. The integration of CRM and operational systems also provides agents with better visibility into guest preferences and booking status.

This development follows other regional travel initiatives, such as Saudia Group's on-time performance leadership and Saudi Arabia's package visa streamlining luxury bookings, signaling a broader push to enhance the travel ecosystem in the Kingdom.

As AROYA Cruises continues to invest in digital capabilities, the cruise line is positioning itself to compete more effectively in the premium cruise segment, where seamless technology is increasingly a differentiator. The platform's ability to deliver a consistent experience across multiple touchpoints may also set a benchmark for other regional cruise operators.
