Auko Eco-Wellness Lodges is set to debut in Phong Nha, Vietnam, during the third quarter of 2025, introducing a regenerative hospitality model that blends sustainable construction with indigenous wellness practices. The 30 tented lodges are arranged in clusters across the terrain, surrounded by native vegetation selected for biodiversity and climate resilience.
Design and Resilience in a Monsoon Landscape
Located in a region shaped by monsoon floods, ancient jungle, and 400-million-year-old limestone karst, the development prioritises responsible building. The property aligns with the International Finance Corporation’s Building Resilience Index (BRI), incorporating elevated bamboo bridges that rise above historic flood levels, glamping structures engineered to adapt to water movement, and architecture using reclaimed timber and ventilated platforms.

Sound healing with indigenous instruments, primal movement practices, and meditation in open-air forest decks, riverside sanctuaries, and hidden caves complement the daily program.
