Botanica Luxury Villas has launched Botanica Sky Valley, an ultra-luxury villa development in Cherngtalay, Phuket. The project comprises just 18 villas, each offering panoramic views of the Andaman Sea, with prices starting at $2,000,000 (THB 71.4 million). The total project value exceeds $56,000,000 (THB 2 billion), reflecting the growing demand for high-end residential properties in Thailand's second-largest property market, according to the Agency for Real Estate Affairs (AREA).

Design and Concept

The villas are built around the Hidden Elevated Sanctuary concept, emphasizing privacy and serenity. Each villa features modern-luxury architecture with infinity-edge pools, rooftop lounges, and premium materials such as natural stone and solid wood. The development targets affluent buyers from Europe, Asia, and Thailand, positioning the villas as both a home and a long-term investment.

Attasit Intarachooti, Chief Executive Officer of Botanica Luxury Phuket Co., Ltd., noted the competitive landscape in Phuket's luxury market. "To win in the wealth segment, you have to read these buyers precisely," he said. The company's reputation as a trusted developer in Phuket is expected to drive interest among high-net-worth individuals.

Market Context and Sales Strategy

Phuket's property market continues to thrive, with AREA ranking it as Thailand's second-largest. The launch of Botanica Sky Valley comes as luxury travel and real estate converge, with similar trends seen in other destinations. For example, younger HNWIs are driving demand for bespoke experiences in polar regions, while St Regis recently opened a 213-key resort in Costa Mujeres, highlighting the global appetite for ultra-luxury accommodations.

Botanica recently hosted the Sky Fall 007 event to showcase the show villa to partners and agents. The company offers comprehensive after-sales services to ensure long-term peace of mind for buyers. The show villa is now open for visits, providing a preview of the elevated living experience at Botanica Sky Valley.

This development aligns with broader trends in luxury travel and hospitality, where private villas are increasingly redefining the market. As seen in Mediterranean hospitality, private villas offer flexibility and exclusivity that traditional resorts often lack. Similarly, Rental Escapes has expanded its luxury villa portfolio in London and Mallorca, underscoring the growing demand for high-end private accommodations.

For travel professionals, Botanica Sky Valley represents an opportunity to offer clients a unique blend of luxury living and investment potential in one of Asia's most sought-after destinations.
