Munich-based hospitality technology provider dailypoint has strengthened its global footprint with two new hotel partnerships, bringing its customer data platform (CDP) to properties in New York and the Caribbean. The company, which specializes in central data management for CRM and loyalty, will deploy its suite at Now Now NoHo, a sleeper cabin hotel in Manhattan, and Carimar Beach Club, a villa resort on Anguilla's Meads Bay Beach.

Now Now NoHo, which targets solo travelers with compact, high-tech cabins, will implement dailypoint's Campaign Manager, Message Centre, and Loyalty Programme modules. These tools are designed to consolidate guest data from multiple touchpoints, enabling the property to shift from generic mass emails to targeted, automated communications based on individual preferences and behavior.

Carimar Beach Club marks dailypoint's first client in Anguilla. The resort will adopt dailypoint's CRM and email marketing solutions to build a single Central Profile for each guest, drawing on booking history and stated preferences. The goal is to deliver more personalized outreach that drives repeat visits and incremental revenue.

Both properties will benefit from a real-time, two-way integration with Stayntouch, their property management system (PMS). This connectivity ensures guest records remain accurate and up to date, reducing manual data entry and improving overall data quality—a critical factor for hotels aiming to deliver consistent, personalized service.

Expanding reach in a competitive market

dailypoint's latest additions follow a period of rapid growth for the company, which was recently named the top Hotel CRM & Email Marketing Solution at the 2026 HotelTechAwards. The vendor has also onboarded Serena Hotels, Mirror Lake Inn, and Motel One in recent months, signaling momentum across both independent and branded properties.

“Now Now NoHo and Carimar Beach Club can now use dailypoint’s powerful Customer Data Platform to turn guest data into more relevant communication, stronger loyalty, and measurable value,” said Michael Toedt, CEO and founder of dailypoint. The executive emphasized that the platform's value lies in its ability to unify data silos and automate engagement, freeing hotel staff to focus on guest experience.

For travel professionals, the partnerships underscore a broader industry trend: the shift toward data-driven personalization as a competitive differentiator. Hotels that can effectively harness guest data—from booking patterns to on-property preferences—are better positioned to build long-term loyalty, particularly in the luxury and boutique segments where Carimar and Now Now NoHo operate.

The integration with Stayntouch, a cloud-based PMS popular among independent and mid-sized hotels, also highlights the importance of seamless technology stacks. By connecting CRM and PMS in real time, dailypoint aims to eliminate the friction that often arises from manual data reconciliation, a common pain point for operators juggling multiple systems.

As the hospitality industry continues to recover and evolve, tools like dailypoint's CDP are becoming essential for hotels seeking to compete with larger chains that have extensive loyalty programs. The company's expansion into new markets—including Anguilla, a key Caribbean destination—reflects growing demand for sophisticated yet accessible marketing technology.

For hoteliers evaluating CRM solutions, dailypoint's recent wins offer a case study in how targeted technology investments can yield tangible results. The company's focus on automation and data quality aligns with the needs of properties that want to scale personalization without adding headcount.

Travel advisors and tour operators may also take note: as hotels improve their direct booking and loyalty capabilities, the guest experience becomes more seamless, which can translate into higher satisfaction and repeat business for all distribution channels.
