JA Resorts & Hotels has joined GHA DISCOVERY's autumn promotion, giving loyalty members the opportunity to win one of 20 grand prizes, including D$5,000 in travel credits or a Lifetime Titanium membership. The initiative, dubbed the 'D$50,000 Giveaway for Your Getaways', runs until 31 October and is designed to encourage members to explore the 55 hotel brands within the GHA DISCOVERY network.

Under the terms of the promotion, members who register for the giveaway receive an initial entry. Additional entries can be earned by staying at participating hotels and scanning a QR code on-site. The more stays a member completes, the higher their chances of winning one of the ten D$5,000 awards or ten Lifetime Titanium memberships on offer.

In a move to incentivise cross-brand discovery, guests who complete a two-night stay in 2026 at a GHA DISCOVERY brand they have not previously visited will receive a D$50 bonus. This aligns with GHA's broader strategy to deepen engagement with its loyalty programme and expand benefits across its portfolio of more than 1,000 hotels worldwide.

β€œAt the heart of the promotion is GHA DISCOVERY's focus on cross-brand discovery,” the company stated, highlighting the programme's goal to encourage exploration beyond familiar brands. For JA Resorts & Hotels, which operates properties in the UAE, Maldives, and other destinations, the campaign offers a chance to attract both new and existing members to its resorts.

Expanding loyalty reach

The promotion is open to both current GHA DISCOVERY members and newcomers, who can join the programme for free. By lowering the barrier to participation, GHA aims to broaden its appeal among travellers who may not yet be familiar with the breadth of its brand portfolio, which includes names like Anantara, Kempinski, and NH Hotels.

For travel agents and tour operators, the campaign represents an opportunity to highlight the value of GHA DISCOVERY membership to clients. With the potential to win significant travel credits or a lifetime status that unlocks perks such as room upgrades and late checkout, the promotion adds a compelling reason for travellers to book directly with participating hotels.

JA Resorts & Hotels, known for its beachfront properties in Dubai and the Maldives, is leveraging the campaign to drive autumn bookings. The group's participation underscores a broader trend in the hospitality industry of using loyalty programmes to stimulate demand during shoulder seasons. Similar initiatives have been seen across the sector, such as winter discounts rolled out by The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts and extended Mediterranean seasons at Address Beach Resort Marassi.

The autumn campaign also aligns with a period when many travellers are planning year-end getaways. By offering tangible rewards for exploring new brands, GHA DISCOVERY is positioning itself as a leader in loyalty innovation. The programme's emphasis on cross-brand discovery is a differentiator in a crowded market, where many hotel groups focus solely on their own portfolios.

For JA Resorts & Hotels, the promotion is part of a broader effort to enhance guest experiences and build long-term loyalty. The group's participation in GHA DISCOVERY allows it to offer guests access to a global network of benefits, while also driving direct bookings and repeat visits.

As the travel industry continues to recover, loyalty programmes are playing an increasingly important role in attracting and retaining customers. GHA DISCOVERY's autumn giveaway is a prime example of how hotel groups are using creative incentives to stand out in a competitive market. With 20 grand prizes on offer, the campaign is likely to generate significant interest among travellers and travel professionals alike.
