The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts has introduced its winter campaign, The Wonders of Winter, with rate reductions of up to 38% across its portfolio in Europe and Asia. The promotion spans urban properties in Amsterdam, Madrid, and Rome, countryside retreats in France, and tropical resorts in Phuket and Bali, as well as a Himalayan farm stay.

For travel advisors and corporate buyers, the offer provides a clear window to lock in discounted rates for clients planning off-peak travel between October 2026 and March 2027. Each property has tailored perks, from private island tours to spa credits, giving agents added value to present to leisure and incentive travelers.

Property-by-property breakdown

The Pavilions Bali leads with a 38% discount on stays of two nights or more. Guests receive a welcome drink, a fruit basket, and a 20% reduction on a private island tour. Rates start from approximately $132 (£108) per night for a Garden Villa, with the offer valid for bookings from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027.

The Pavilions Phuket offers a 25% discount for stays of four nights or more, sweetened with a three-course dinner, cocktail sets, and afternoon tea. Tropical View Suites begin at around $116 (£95) per night, with the promotion running from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.

In Nepal, The Pavilions Himalayas, The Farm provides a 20% discount on stays of at least two nights, plus spa and dining credits. Classic Rooms start at approximately $150 (£122) per night, applicable from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.

France's Château de Fiac in the Tarn region offers a 20% reduction on winter retreats, with Classic Rooms from about $237 (£193) per night. The offer is valid for stays from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.

In Amsterdam, The Toren provides a 15% discount on stays of three nights or more, including a welcome drink and discounts on massages and bike hire. This is positioned to attract travelers seeking a quieter side of the Dutch capital during the colder months.

The campaign aligns with broader industry trends toward shoulder-season and winter travel, as operators look to smooth demand curves. For hoteliers, the strategy mirrors moves by other luxury groups to drive occupancy in traditionally slower periods. The Pavilions' mix of urban and resort properties gives it flexibility to appeal to both short-break city explorers and longer-haul tropical vacationers.

Travel management companies and agents can use these rates to build packages that combine accommodation with local experiences, such as the private island tour in Bali or the farm-to-table dining at the Himalayan property. The discounts are substantial enough to influence booking decisions, especially for clients who are price-sensitive but still expect premium service.

The Pavilions' winter offer is a timely reminder that luxury travel is not confined to peak seasons. By bundling value-added perks with meaningful rate cuts, the group is positioning itself to capture a share of the growing market for off-peak and experiential travel.
