Palma Development, the Dubai-based real estate developer, has reported significant progress on its AED 5 billion Serenia District community at Jumeirah Islands, appointing APCC Piling & Marine Contracting for piling and shoring works at Serenia District East. The developer also confirmed the completion of foundation works at West Residence, with Khansaheb Civil Engineering now mobilised on site to commence main construction.

APCC Piling & Marine Contracting, known for its previous work on Serenia District West and Serenia Living on Palm Jumeirah, was selected for its familiarity with Palma's standards. The completion of foundation works at West Residence marks a key milestone for the 46-storey tower, part of phase one of Serenia District. Khansaheb Civil Engineering, awarded an AED 760 million contract last December, has begun operations, ensuring the project remains on schedule.
These developments follow the successful delivery of Serenia Living on Palm Jumeirah, where most owners have already taken possession of their units.
