PriceTravel Holding, a major Latin American travel distribution company, has reported a 112% year-on-year increase in B2B activity from the Middle East and GCC markets in 2026. The surge is part of a broader strategy to deepen its regional partner network and strengthen its global B2B distribution capabilities.

Over the past eight months, the company has added six new partners, bringing its total to 16 active B2B clients in the region. These clients are primarily B2B specialists and wholesalers focused on hotel distribution, aligning with PriceTravel's goal of building a specialized network across the Middle East.

Connect by PriceTravel: a gateway to global inventory

Through its Connect by PriceTravel initiative, the company offers Middle Eastern partners access to a global travel ecosystem that includes over 500,000 travel products, 57,000 hotels with direct contracts, and 200 airlines. The platform combines hotel and air content with dynamic packaging, transfers, tours, car rental, and travel assistance, all supported by proprietary technology that ensures fast and reliable access.

This initiative is designed to give regional wholesalers and B2B specialists a competitive edge by providing them with a one-stop shop for international inventory. The technology behind Connect by PriceTravel is built to handle high-volume transactions and real-time availability, which is critical for the fast-paced travel trade.

Demand shifts: London leads, Latin America gains traction

Demand from the Middle East is increasingly global, with destinations like Paris, Madrid, and New York seeing significant growth. London remains the largest destination by production, with an 89% increase year-on-year. The data also highlights growing interest in Latin American destinations such as São Paulo and Cartagena, as Middle Eastern travelers seek new experiences and business opportunities.

The growth in Latin American demand is particularly notable, as it reflects a two-way flow of travelers. While Middle Eastern outbound to Latin America is rising, PriceTravel is also positioning itself to distribute Middle Eastern content through its international network, creating reciprocal opportunities.

Executive perspective: Middle East as a strategic pillar

Yulia Chutaeva, Head of Sales EMEA & APAC at PriceTravel Holding, emphasized the importance of the Middle East in the company's global strategy. “The Middle East is no longer simply a market we are looking to enter — it is becoming an increasingly important part of our global B2B distribution strategy,” she said.

Chutaeva's comments underscore a shift in how Latin American travel distributors view the Gulf region. Rather than treating it as a peripheral market, PriceTravel is integrating the Middle East into its core distribution network, which could have implications for how other regional players approach the market.

Implications for the travel trade

For travel professionals, the expansion signals a growing appetite for cross-regional partnerships. As Middle Eastern wholesalers gain access to PriceTravel's extensive inventory, they can offer their clients a wider range of products, from European city breaks to Latin American beach resorts. Conversely, Latin American agents can now tap into Middle Eastern content, such as luxury hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, through PriceTravel's platform.

The move also aligns with broader trends in the industry, such as the Gulf carriers adjusting fares in response to regional dynamics, and the resilience of Saudi tourism despite instability. These developments highlight the Middle East's growing importance as a source and destination market.

PriceTravel's expansion is not just about numbers; it's about building a sustainable network that can adapt to changing travel patterns. With 16 active B2B clients and a pipeline of potential partners, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on the region's growth. As the travel industry continues to recover and evolve, such strategic moves will likely become more common, as distributors seek to diversify their reach and offer more value to their partners.
