Raffles The Palm Dubai has introduced a suite of winter packages designed to drive off-season demand at the Palm Jumeirah property. The offers, valid from 12 October 2026 through 9 May 2027, bundle discounted accommodation with dining credits, spa treatments, and family-friendly amenities, giving travel agents and tour operators fresh inventory to sell during the cooler months.

Three-tiered offer structure

The property has structured its winter promotions into three distinct packages, each targeting a different guest segment. The flagship "Raffles Winter Escape" rewards longer stays: guests booking three nights or more receive a 10% discount on rooms and suites, plus private beach access and additional privileges. Members of Accor's ALL Loyalty Programme can stack an extra 10% off, bringing total savings to 20% on accommodation.

Beyond the room rate, the Winter Escape package includes 20% savings on food and beverage, spa treatments, and water sports. Families are catered to with a complimentary stay for up to two children under 12, a move that positions the resort as a viable option for multi-generational travel during the UAE's peak tourist season.

For regional travellers, the "Raffles Winter Retreat" offers a beachfront holiday with 20% savings on stays, dining, and spa. This package also includes family perks such as gourmet popcorn, cookies, and access to the Raffles Cinema, a dedicated screening room that adds a distinctive entertainment angle for younger guests.

Suite-level positioning

The third package, "Winter Suite Sensations," targets the luxury segment. Guests booking a Raffles suite gain access to the Raffles Club lounge and the personalised service of Raffles Butlers, the brand's signature hospitality touch. Early check-in and late check-out are offered subject to availability, and the same 20% discounts on dining, spa, and activities apply.

This tiered approach mirrors broader trends in luxury hospitality, where properties are bundling experiences to justify premium rates. Raffles The Palm Dubai's strategy also aligns with Accor's push to deepen ALL loyalty engagement, a key driver for repeat bookings in the region.

The winter campaign comes as Dubai continues to attract record visitor numbers, with hoteliers on the Palm Jumeirah competing for share. The resort's proximity to attractions like the Palm's boardwalk and the upcoming accessibility initiatives at Dubai International underscores the emirate's broader tourism infrastructure investments.

Travel advisors should note that the offers are bookable directly and through preferred partners, with commission structures unchanged. The extended validity window—spanning the UAE's National Day holidays, Christmas, and the Dubai Shopping Festival—gives agents ample opportunity to package these rates into broader itineraries.

Raffles The Palm Dubai's general manager, [Name], said in a statement: "These winter packages reflect our commitment to delivering exceptional value while maintaining the Raffles standard of elegance. We're confident they will resonate with both international travellers and our GCC neighbours."

The move follows similar seasonal promotions across the Accor portfolio, including wine dinner series at other luxury properties, indicating a group-wide focus on experiential offers. For agents, the key selling points are the stackable loyalty discount, the family inclusions, and the suite-level perks that differentiate Raffles from competing Palm Jumeirah hotels.

With winter bookings typically peaking between November and February, the early announcement gives travel professionals a head start in promoting the packages to clients planning UAE getaways. The resort's beachfront location and butler service remain its core differentiators, and these offers are designed to convert interest into confirmed reservations.
