Regent Seven Seas Cruises is elevating its onboard culinary offering with a new series of exclusive tasting and pairing experiences debuting on its upcoming vessel, Seven Seas Prestige. The program, announced this week, is designed to appeal to luxury travelers seeking immersive gastronomic journeys at sea.
The new experiences include The Grand Table Experience, The Prestige Collection: A Portrait of Cuvées, The Grey Goose Altius Martini & Caviar Ritual, and a personalized beverage experience reserved for guests in the Skyview Regent Suite. Each pairs rare and prestigious drinks with elevated culinary accompaniments, aiming to create memorable occasions.
Four signature experiences
The Grand Table Experience is positioned as a chef-driven, multi-course dinner with wine pairings, while The Prestige Collection focuses on a curated selection of cuvées. The Grey Goose Altius Martini & Caviar Ritual combines premium vodka with caviar service, and the Skyview Regent Suite experience offers a bespoke beverage program tailored to individual preferences.
Wesley D'Silva, President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, said: “These new experiences have been designed as memorable occasions, bringing together exceptional labels, culinary artistry, and engaging storytelling.”
The launch comes as Regent prepares to debut Seven Seas Prestige, its first new ship class in a decade. The vessel will also feature a selection of guest-favorite tastings and pairings from across the fleet.
Fleet-wide wine lunches
In addition to the exclusive experiences, Regent will introduce four new Connoisseur Wine Lunches across its fleet. These five-course lunches will explore celebrated wine regions including France, Italy, and the US, with each course paired to a specific wine.
The program reflects a broader trend in luxury cruising toward more personalized and educational dining experiences. As lines compete for discerning travelers, culinary programming has become a key differentiator.
Seven Seas Prestige is scheduled to begin its inaugural season on 28 December 2026, with voyages across the Caribbean and Europe. The ship's debut will mark a significant expansion for Regent, which has seen strong demand for luxury cruise experiences.
For travel advisors, the new offerings provide additional selling points for clients seeking high-end experiences. Regent's focus on exclusive tastings and pairings aligns with the growing interest in food-and-wine travel, a segment that continues to grow.
