Regent Seven Seas Cruises is elevating its onboard beverage program with a suite of new bar concepts debuting on the Seven Seas Prestige, the line's next ultra-luxury ship scheduled to enter service in December 2026. The new venues are designed to complement the ship's refined ambiance and appeal to discerning travelers seeking distinctive cocktail experiences.
Galileo's Bar: A Tribute to Discovery
Among the highlights is Galileo's Bar, a venue inspired by the spirit of exploration and the night sky. The bar will feature an Italian aperitivo menu anchored by a Negroni Observatory, offering creative interpretations of Italy's classic cocktail. Signature serves include the Comet Negroni and the Dark Matter Espresso Martini, both crafted to evoke celestial themes.
Wesley D'Silva, President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, emphasized the thoughtful design behind the new venues: “Each venue has been thoughtfully crafted to create its own sense of atmosphere and occasion.”
Azure: Mediterranean Flavors
Complementing the ship's Mediterranean and Middle Eastern culinary offerings, Azure will serve herbal cocktails and citrus-led spritzes that reflect the relaxed sophistication of the Mediterranean coast. Notable drinks include the Monastery Sour and Provence Bloom, designed to pair with the venue's regional cuisine.
Solmar Terrace and Other Venues
At Solmar Terrace, located adjacent to the Compass Rose restaurant, guests can enjoy open-air service with refreshing wines and zero-proof creations. Signature options such as the Pearl of the Riviera and Dark 'n Spicy are intended for leisurely sipping while taking in ocean views.
Beyond these new concepts, Seven Seas Prestige will feature a range of bars and lounges, including the Prestige Lounge and Observation Lounge. The ship will also introduce an exclusive Seven Seas Prestige cocktail, blending Patrón Silver Tequila with Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto.
Inaugural Season and Itineraries
Seven Seas Prestige's inaugural season will include voyages across the Caribbean and Europe, with the maiden sailing departing from Miami on 28 December 2026. The ship's debut adds to a growing wave of new luxury cruise offerings, as lines compete for high-end travelers seeking unique onboard experiences.
Regent's focus on bar innovation aligns with broader trends in the cruise industry, where beverage programs are increasingly seen as a differentiator. For travel advisors and agents, the new venues provide fresh talking points when marketing the ship to clients who value culinary and mixology experiences.
As the launch approaches, more details are expected on the ship's dining and entertainment lineup. For now, the bar concepts signal Regent's commitment to delivering immersive, themed environments that go beyond traditional cruise lounges.
