The Ritz-Carlton Naples Tiburón has completed a sweeping multimillion-dollar renovation, refreshing its guest rooms, public areas, and dining outlets. The project, led by Parker Torres Design, introduces a reimagined lobby, residential-style accommodations, an upgraded Club Lounge, and three new culinary concepts: Palmera, Fenrose, and Café Fenrose.

General Manager Andrew Roberts said the goal was to merge classic European luxury with the relaxed warmth of Naples. The redesign draws on Southwest Florida's natural landscape, incorporating native mangroves and local artisan craftsmanship. Natural light and handcrafted details feature prominently throughout the property.

New dining concepts and culinary direction

Palmera, the resort's flagship restaurant and bar, focuses on Florida coastal cuisine with a zero-waste philosophy. Executive Chef Jared Young emphasizes local sourcing, with dishes such as Florida Blue Crab Toast and Espresso Lobster Cocktail. The venue is designed to be high-energy, appealing to both resort guests and local diners.

Fenrose offers a Parisian-inspired breakfast experience, while Café Fenrose serves as an all-day market and espresso bar. These additions diversify the property's F&B portfolio, catering to different dayparts and guest preferences.

Enhanced amenities and event spaces

The renovation also includes the new Swaying Palm event venue, which offers expansive views and custom art installations. This space is expected to strengthen the resort's position in the MICE and celebrations segment. The property continues to feature two Greg Norman-designed golf courses, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and a large pool complex.

The Ritz-Carlton Naples Tiburón remains a key player in Florida's luxury hospitality market. The renovation aligns with broader trends in the industry, where properties are investing in experiential upgrades to attract discerning travelers. Similar investments are being made across the region, as seen in Marriott's recent expansion in Thailand and Posadas' new Riviera Cancún resort.

For travel advisors and corporate planners, the refreshed property offers new selling points, from the elevated Club Lounge to the versatile event spaces. The resort's commitment to local sourcing and sustainability also resonates with eco-conscious clients, a trend echoed in resorts adopting microgrids and SAF.

With its blend of European elegance and Florida charm, the Ritz-Carlton Naples Tiburón is poised to remain a top choice for leisure and business travelers alike.
