CV Villas, the premium villa specialist, has officially entered the Irish market, offering financially protected packages tailored to Irish travellers. The move follows months of engagement with Irish travel agents and consumers since June 2025, which revealed a clear demand for a trusted villa operator with comprehensive financial security.

To underpin the expansion, CV Villas secured a TOPP Policy approved by the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA). This ensures that all packages sold in Ireland are fully bonded, giving agents and clients peace of mind. The operator has also forged strategic partnerships with leading Irish travel consortia, including Travel Centres and Worldchoice Ireland, to distribute its product through the trade.

Portfolio and flight options

CV Villas now offers an extensive portfolio of premium villas across key Mediterranean destinations such as Spain, Portugal, and Greece. Packages include villa-and-flight combinations as well as villa-and-car-rental bookings, with departures from Dublin, Shannon, and Cork on Aer Lingus and Ryanair. The operator also provides airport transfers and bespoke concierge services to ensure a seamless holiday experience.

Chris Etheridge, Senior Business Development Manager at CV Villas, said: "Our Business Development team has spent significant time engaging directly with the Irish market, and the feedback was clear - agents and consumers alike were searching for a trusted, high-end villa specialist offering total financial protection."

The expansion is a strategic move for CV Villas, which has long been established in the UK and other European markets. By entering Ireland with a bonded product, the operator aims to fill a gap for upscale villa holidays with full financial backing. The company's trade partnerships are expected to drive bookings through the agency channel, with dedicated support for agents.

CV Villas' packages are available for immediate booking. The operator's investment in the Irish market reflects a broader trend of villa specialists expanding their reach, similar to Jet2Villas' recent growth in Spain. For Irish agents, the new offering provides a credible option for clients seeking high-end villa holidays with the security of a bonded package.

The move also aligns with the growing demand for villa holidays in the luxury segment, as seen with recent openings like Casa Mett Sitges in Spain. CV Villas' entry into Ireland is expected to strengthen its position in the European villa market, leveraging its existing relationships with airlines and car hire partners.

With the TOPP policy in place, CV Villas meets the regulatory requirements set by the IAA, ensuring that all monies paid by Irish consumers are protected. This is a key selling point for agents, who can confidently recommend the operator to clients.

The company's business development team will continue to work closely with Irish travel partners, providing training and marketing support. Etheridge added: "We are committed to supporting our Irish partners with the tools they need to sell our villas effectively."

CV Villas' expansion into Ireland is a significant step in its strategy to offer secure and flexible holiday options for travellers across Europe. With a strong portfolio and robust financial protection, the operator is well-positioned to capture a share of the Irish luxury villa market.
