Emerging Travel Group (ETG), the global travel technology company behind the B2B booking platform RateHawk and the consumer brand ZenHotels, has formally launched a dedicated advertising unit. The ETG Marketing Hub is designed to serve hotels, airlines, tourism boards, and other travel-related brands seeking to reach high-intent travellers through a single, integrated platform.
The launch comes on the back of strong commercial momentum: ETG reports that its marketing revenue doubled in the first eight months of 2026 compared with the same period a year earlier. That growth reflects a broader industry trend, as travel advertisers increasingly look for measurable, targeted ways to connect with consumers who are actively planning or booking trips.
One access point for multi-channel campaigns
The ETG Marketing Hub consolidates advertising inventory across ETG's own platforms—RateHawk and ZenHotels—as well as external media partners. This gives advertisers a single access point to execute campaigns across multiple channels, from display banners and email newsletters to social media marketing. The hub manages the full campaign lifecycle, including strategy, creative development, activation, and reporting.
Felix Shpilman, CEO of ETG, underscored the growing demand for such solutions. “Demand for proven solutions that give advertisers visibility among high-intent travel buyers is surging,” he said. “The Marketing Hub is our response to that need, offering a comprehensive suite of tools that help brands stand out in a crowded market.”
Anna Kladova, ETG's Chief Marketing Officer, highlighted the company's experience and data assets as key differentiators. “With 16 years of experience, extensive data, and a deep understanding of our users, we are well positioned to deliver on that goal,” she said. “We can craft tailored marketing strategies that resonate with the right audiences at the right time.”
Targeting the travel trade and beyond
For travel professionals, the hub offers a way to tap into ETG's user base, which includes both leisure travellers and travel trade buyers using RateHawk to book inventory. The platform's reach spans multiple markets, with a strong presence in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Advertisers can leverage ETG's first-party data to refine audience targeting and improve campaign performance.
The launch of the Marketing Hub is part of a broader push by ETG to diversify its revenue streams beyond core booking services. The company has been expanding its technology offerings, and advertising is seen as a natural extension of its existing relationships with hotels and other suppliers.
Industry observers note that the travel advertising space is becoming increasingly competitive, with players like Google and Meta dominating the digital ad market. However, ETG's focus on high-intent travel audiences—people who are already searching for flights, hotels, or holiday packages—could give it an edge. “The key is relevance,” said a travel technology analyst. “If you can show ads to someone who is actively planning a trip, the conversion rates are much higher than generic display advertising.”
ETG's move also aligns with the growing importance of marketing technology in the travel industry. As airlines, hotel groups, and destination marketers seek more efficient ways to allocate their budgets, platforms that offer end-to-end campaign management are likely to gain traction.
For travel agents and tour operators, the hub could provide new opportunities to promote their services to a targeted audience. Similarly, tourism boards looking to attract visitors from specific source markets may find the platform useful for running geo-targeted campaigns.
The ETG Marketing Hub is now available to advertisers globally. ETG says it will continue to invest in the unit, adding new formats and capabilities over the coming months.
