Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE is set to celebrate Kerala's harvest festival, Onam, with a specially curated Sadhya at its all-day dining venue, CUR8, on 26 August 2026. The event offers travel professionals and guests an authentic taste of Kerala's festive cuisine, served in the traditional style on banana leaves.

The Onam Sadhya is more than a meal; it is a culinary ritual that showcases the depth and diversity of Kerala's gastronomy. The menu features an array of vegetarian dishes, including signature curries, seasonal vegetables, and handcrafted desserts, all prepared with authentic spices and coconut-based gravies.

A feast of tradition and flavour

Guests can expect a vibrant spread with delicately spiced coconut curries, crisp pappadums, tangy pickles, comforting rice preparations, and traditional payasam. Each dish is crafted to honour the cherished traditions of Onam, offering an immersive experience of Kerala's culinary legacy.

Biswajit Chakraborty, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, said: "This grand harvest festival is a celebration of abundance and togetherness. At Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, we are honoured to bring the traditions of Onam to life through an authentic Sadhya, elevated by our signature warm hospitality and intuitive luxury."

The event blends tradition with contemporary elegance, set against the backdrop of the hotel's sophisticated ambience. It presents an opportunity for corporate clients, MICE planners, and leisure travellers to experience a culturally rich dining occasion.

The Onam Sadhya at CUR8 will take place on 26 August 2026, with reservations priced at $36 (INR 3,000) plus applicable taxes per person. For bookings, contact +91 76191 46004.

This initiative reflects a broader trend in luxury hospitality to offer authentic regional experiences. For instance, Belmond's extended Tuscan seasons similarly capitalise on local culture to attract discerning travellers. In Bengaluru, the recent Park Inn by Radisson opening in Whitefield underscores the city's growing appeal for business and leisure travel.

Four Seasons continues to expand its experiential offerings across its portfolio, from overwater suites in Bora Bora to the upcoming third ultra-luxury yacht, demonstrating a commitment to immersive luxury.

For travel agents and tour operators, this Onam Sadhya presents a unique selling point for clients seeking authentic cultural dining experiences in India's tech capital. It also highlights the role of hotel restaurants in promoting regional culinary tourism.
