Zuma Riyadh, the Japanese fine-dining outpost in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), has introduced a summer lineup designed to appeal to both business travelers and leisure diners. The restaurant, part of the global Zuma brand known for its contemporary izakaya-style cuisine, is offering three distinct dining experiences through the season.

Summer Dining Offerings at Zuma Riyadh

The Friday Lunch Menu, available weekly from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, presents a curated sharing format featuring dishes such as chicken gyoza, salmon teriyaki, and miso-marinated black cod. Priced at SAR 225 (approximately $60) per person, the menu targets family gatherings and weekend social dining in a relaxed yet upscale setting.

For corporate travelers and business meetings, the Ebisu Business Lunch and Ebisu Express options provide efficient service without compromising on quality. The Ebisu Business Lunch, offered Sunday through Thursday at SAR 159 ($42) per person, includes a selection of Zuma's signature dishes. The Ebisu Express, a quicker alternative at SAR 95 ($25) per person, is suited for professionals on tight schedules. These offerings align with the growing trend of experiential dining in the region, as noted in recent coverage of India's premium dining shift toward experiential models.

The Baikingu Brunch, held every Saturday, takes center stage with unlimited dishes from interactive stations and freshly prepared selections from the sushi and robata counters. Priced at SAR 295 ($79) per person, the brunch includes a dessert room and live DJ entertainment. Children aged 6 to 12 dine at SAR 135 ($36), while those under six eat free. This format mirrors the success of destination-led dining experiences seen at properties like Trisara Phuket's heritage-focused series.

Zuma Riyadh's summer program arrives as Riyadh's hospitality sector continues to expand, driven by tourism initiatives and increased air connectivity. The recent launch of Riyadh Air's daily Dubai-Riyadh flights on the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner underscores the city's growing role as a business and leisure hub. For travel professionals, such dining offerings represent an opportunity to enhance guest itineraries, particularly for corporate clients and luxury travelers seeking authentic culinary experiences.

Reservations for all summer dining experiences can be made through Zuma Riyadh's website. The restaurant's location in KAFD places it within easy reach of business hotels and conference venues, making it a practical choice for MICE groups and individual business travelers alike.
