Hospitality Asia will host the 6th Hospitality Malaysia Conference (HMC2026) on 24 June 2026 at the Connexion Conference & Event Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The event targets hoteliers, investors, developers, and travel-industry professionals as Malaysia gears up for Visit Malaysia Year 2026.

Three Summits, One Conference

The conference is structured around three concurrent summits: the Hotel Investment Summit Malaysia, the Hotel Design Summit Malaysia, and the Hotel Revenue Summit Malaysia. Each summit addresses a distinct pillar of hospitality strategy.

The Hotel Investment Summit will examine capital alignment with national tourism goals and the growing trend of branded residences. The Hotel Design Summit focuses on integrating global brand identities into local assets, while the Hotel Revenue Summit explores data-driven pricing strategies and digital guest experiences.

Over 30 sessions and 40 expert speakers are scheduled, with 400 delegates expected. The agenda is designed to provoke thought and foster critical networking opportunities, empowering decision-makers to drive change in the industry.

Notable Speakers

Confirmed speakers include Reagan Chan from Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Paul D Volodarsky from DFDL, and Harriet Hoong from Meliá Hotels International. Their insights will cover investment trends, legal frameworks, and operational excellence.

This conference is part of a broader series by Hospitality Asia, which also includes events in Thailand and South Korea. For more on the regional landscape, see Five Southeast Asian Markets Lead Hospitality Growth as Luxury, Wellness, and Business Travel Converge.
