Silversea Cruises has entered a strategic partnership with PerryGolf to launch a series of luxury cruise itineraries designed for serious golfers. The collaboration removes the logistical hurdles of arranging international golf travel, offering guaranteed tee times, premium transfers, and dedicated on-board experts across three signature voyages.

Seamless Golf Travel Without the Hassle

Each PerryGolf program includes guaranteed tee times and green fees, luxury transfers between ship and course, full equipment management or premium club rentals, practice access and range privileges, on-course dining and refreshments, social events such as welcome receptions and tournaments, and a dedicated PerryGolf expert accompanying the journey. This level of coordination eliminates the usual friction of planning golf abroad—no waitlists, no logistics, no compromises.

“We are thrilled to partner with PerryGolf to offer our guests unparalleled access to some of the world’s most iconic golf courses,” said a Silversea spokesperson. “This partnership reflects our commitment to providing unique, immersive experiences that go beyond traditional luxury cruising.”

Iconic Courses and Diverse Destinations

Guests will step onto courses that define the sport, from historic links to dramatic coastal layouts. Highlights include Royal Liverpool and Prince’s Golf Club in England; Portstewart’s Strand Course in Northern Ireland; Castle Stuart and Dumbarnie Links in Scotland; Camiral Stadium Course in Spain, a future Ryder Cup host; Cape Kidnappers and Kauri Cliffs in New Zealand; and Tasmania Golf Club in Australia. Each course is paired with a broader itinerary that combines golf with cultural exploration across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

The initial collection introduces three standout itineraries. The Southampton roundtrip in August 2027 offers a deep dive into British Isles golf heritage aboard Silver Spirit. The Barcelona roundtrip from October to November 2027 features Mediterranean fairways and coastal elegance aboard Silver Ray. The Sydney to Auckland voyage from January to February 2028 showcases a Southern Hemisphere itinerary aboard Silver Moon. Each blends iconic courses with Silversea’s signature onboard experience—intimate ships, personalised service, and refined dining.

This partnership fits naturally within Silversea’s philosophy of providing access to remote destinations and unique experiences. Even for non-golfing companions, the voyages retain their appeal with immersive destinations and onboard luxury. For travel professionals, this represents a niche but high-value offering that can attract discerning clients who prioritise both passion and place.

With limited spaces and high demand expected, early planning will be key for these specialised voyages. Travel agents and tour operators should note that these itineraries offer a rare combination of guaranteed access to top-tier courses and ultra-luxury cruising, making them a compelling option for luxury golf enthusiasts.
